Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at zenfulcanada@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The shipping costs for the returned item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Restocking fee
If you change your mind about your purchase and decide to return your item within the return period, your refund will be subject to a $15 restocking fee which will be deducted from the total amount refunded. This restocking fee covers the labour costs involved in the process to sell and refund the mat, ship/receive, and coordinate.*
Free shipping reversal fee
If you used a "free shipping" promotion on your purchase and you decide to send your item(s) back, the cost of shipping from your original purchase will be deducted from your refund.*
* Only applicable to items sent back that are not covered by warranty.
Example Scenario:
If you receive your mat and decide you don’t like the design, or simply change your mind and no longer need it, this would not be covered under our warranty since it is a personal decision.
In this case:

You would be responsible for the shipping costs to send the mat back using the courier of your choice. (On average, return shipping through Canada Post costs between $15–$30, depending on your location.)

A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual cost of that shipping will also be deducted from your refund.
Your refund total will therefore be calculated as follows:
Refund = Total cost of your yoga mat − (Original shipping cost, if applicable) − $15 restocking fee − Return shipping cost (paid by you)
For example, if your mat cost $120 and your original order had free shipping worth $20, and you pay $20 to send it back, your total refund would be:
$120 − $20 (original shipping) − $15 (restocking) = $85 refund, plus the $20 return shipping you cover separately.
Warranty
2 Month Warranty
Zenful Yoga has the following limited Warranty Policy on all Zenful Yoga cork mats:
We ensure a 2-month warranty for unusual wear and manufacturing defects only
Warranty is only in effect if the mat has been cared for in accordance with our Care and Maintenance Instructions below. Warranty is void and does not cover damage caused by long sun exposure, mistreating the mat, cutting the mat, drawing on the mat, packing and unpacking the mat in small spaces, damage from pets, excessive/improper wiping/scrubbing, or rolling the mat incorrectly.
DEFECTS COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY:
- Product defects, such as gouges, slices or divots found at the time of purchase before use
- Unusual wear not caused by regular use of the product
- Peeling top surface that is not caused by folding the yoga mat the wrong way (cork side should always be rolled on the outside)
WEAR NOT COVERED UNDER OUR WARRANTY:
- Regular wear of the rubber backing (this backing is used on floors and will have regular wear as any other product)
- Uneven color patterns, stains, or discoloration due to use
- Creases and folds from improper handling and/or storing. The mat is best cared for when laid flat or rolled up cork side out
- Improper cleaning such as the use of harsh chemicals, or damage from a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, excessive/improper wiping/scrubbing etc.
- Damage from using it or carrying it roughly
- Damage from outside elements or factors such as sun exposure
- Fading of artwork
- Peeling of cork particles from rolling the mat cork side in or folding the cork
CARING FOR YOUR MAT AND PROLONGING ITS LIFETIME:
Cork yoga mats have natural antimicrobial and antibacterial qualities. This means that any bacteria that makes its way onto a cork mat won't be able to live there. Therefore, keeping them clean and in long-lasting shape is simple!
Because cork yoga mats are antimicrobial, the typical mat cleaning process isn't necessary. Even though our eco-friendly cork yoga mat materials are remarkably durable for a yoga practice, over-cleaning or using abrasive products will wear out the materials faster.
To prolong the life of your cork mat, we recommend rolling it cork side out (logo facing outwards), and storing it in the shade. Sun is not only damaging to our skin, but to your cork mat as well! We encourage you to clean the yoga mat with water and/or soap when body oil is present or after outdoor use. To clean a cork yoga mat, use cold water on a soft cloth. Gently wipe the mat with the wet, soft towel or non-abrasive sponge. The natural properties of cork repels water, so this wiping-off process removes the excess water and keeps the design of the mat from fading.
Zenful Yoga cork mats are designed to provide the best grip to support your practice. We strongly suggest avoiding heavy sliding or movements that cause friction, as this may lead to the surface breaking down quicker and shorten the lifespan of your Zenful Yoga Mat.
Defects:
In the event that you find your mat has a defect, please send us an image of the mat, providing a clear photo showing the defect. Our team will review the request and determine if the yoga mat falls under our Warranty criteria. Customer satisfaction is important to us and we’d be happy to replace manufacturing defects!
